  • My rate is $175 per session. You can request an appointment here.

  • I currently serve clients in California and Missouri.

  • I can accept Out of Network benefits. You may have out of network benefits that may reimburse you for your therapy sessions. I can also help you with super-bills and claims. If all of this sounds really confusing, don’t stress! Let’s just book a consultation to go over it together.

  • During an intro call, you can briefly share why you are seeking therapy, along with any other general information that you would like me to know. I will briefly share a little bit about myself so that we can make sure that we are a good fit. Together, we can make a plan on how to address whatever you are facing. If you’d like to book an intro call, you can book here.

  • During therapy, you can expect to be validated, empowered, and challenged, with care. You can expect an empathetic response from me in regards to whatever you are facing. Our first session will consist of us getting to know each other. I will ask questions about you, and you’re welcome to ask any questions you have about me too! We will make a plan together on how to address your symptoms.

  • I offer therapy from a faith based perspective to clients who request that. It is often important to clients that they have a therapist who understands their culture, race, identity, faith, etc. There are many therapists who specialize in these specific areas of need. I am offering the same for Christians. If you are reading this and that scares you, know that this is by request and I would never force my beliefs on you because my Father did not do that to me. That is just not how I believe. If it continues to bother you, I am happy to refer you to a therapist that can better fit your needs. I still want you to find healing through therapy!
